Challenges I ran into
The beta release is out now and currently being tested by over 200 users, which is great for gathering feedback. However, scaling the game remains a major challenge. Compared to other location-based games, there are many moving parts to consider. These include real-time location tracking, game balance, server infrastructure, and a need to revisit the overall game architecture to ensure it can handle a larger player base efficiently.
