WhatsApp API Limitations
WhatsApp’s official API is designed primarily for customer service, not blockchain transactions. This made integrating real-time, interactive blockchain features complex.
Solution:
We built a custom middleware that translates user-friendly WhatsApp commands into on-chain actions, ensuring both security and usability while staying within API guidelines. -
User Security & Transaction Verification
Simplifying crypto commands for WhatsApp raised concerns about accidental or unauthorized transactions.
Solution:
We implemented two-step confirmations and transaction summaries before execution, ensuring users can verify details before signing or approving any transaction. -
Token Routing & Swap Optimization
Finding efficient token swap routes on Base Chain using Uniswap’s liquidity posed technical challenges, especially for lesser-known tokens.
Solution:
By integrating the Uniswap GOAT SDK, we automated route discovery and price optimization, providing users with the best available rates without technical overhead.
